Unused Equipment:

• You may return unused equipment within 30 days of the purchase date.

• All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply to all returns.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 314-852-2288. Instructions for returning your item will be provided.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.

Used Equipment:

• We cannot accept returns on used equipment unless it is defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

• If you believe your used equipment is defective, please contact us for further assistance.
